That is certainly an unusual lineup.The NW used to roll by my house and I never seen anything other than NW power.Well until NS took over then it was NS and NW.But never anything other than that.Now days it is a variety of foreign power.Like BNSF, ex conrail, UP etc!

Nice SD40-2 snoot! I grew up along the Winston-Salem line and saw foreign power with some regularity in the late 70s and early 80s. It was mostly UP with occasional B&O/C&O/Chessie or SP. There was also one period around 1980 that saw a steady presence of Santa Fe SD40-2s.
