I just joined this site. I had to search for this particular train because of the sentimental feelings I have for this road #1130. When I was a young boy around 10 or 11 back in the middle 70's My Grandpa took me on a call out with him to the railroad Yards. He worked as a Signal maintainer and welder on the hump for Portsmouth, Ohio Yards. While on this call out my grandpa knew the engineer on this unit. This train was taking a load of coal to the New Boston Coke plant next to the steel mill there. The engineer told us to jump on and he let me drive this unit on the very short trip maybe 4 miles and back. It was a highlight of my youth to climb aboard this unit and sit in the engineers seat. I made sure to turn and look at the road number as I walked away. I could never forget the #1130 because it was also my street address where I lived. I am glad to see this engine represented. Thank You!
