Greg, with no offense intended to other photographers, I must say that this is the most magical shot I've ever seen on this website! The composition, subject matter, and location are all absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for sharing!

Picture perfect, you do not get an opportunity like this very often. Fantastic photograph.

This was the first time I have correctly picked a POTW shot before it was posted as such by the editors. It was obvious from the time it was uploaded, and I would have been disappointed if something else beat this one. Definitely one of the best shots on the site.

That is just increidble, at first I thought "Why on earth would they have a painting?" so I had to go look, and man, this is THE best picture that I have ever seen, no contest!

This photo almost looks like a watercolor- very artistic and worthy of a calendar or poster.

You should make this into a Christmas card. It would sell in the stores.

This is surreal-without doubt the most magical photograph I've ever seen. I was staring at it forever, deliberating on whether it was a painting or not. Truly brilliant, many congratulations :)

I thought I had entered a comment on this photo a couple of years ago. This picture is the best photo I have seen on this website. I echo comments made by others. That's saying something because I love Ray Lewis's work in the snow a lot. This image is much more a painting than anything else I have seen here. I hope by now a good print or two is on public display somewhere. It is as good as a photograph gets on any subject matter, cold feet or warm.
