What the heck is a "horn sequencer?"

A horn sequencer allows the engineer to press a single button once and the horn will blow a standard crossing warning, or a series of crossing warnings, until it is turned off. Basically it allows the engineer to press one button and begin a series of horn blasts rather than having to keep pulling the horn lever, and is useful if the engineer is busy with other aspects of train handling or is just tired of blowing the horn.
