That locomotive is GCFX 3072. It is dressed in a one-of-a-kind paint scheme. On KCS tracks too! Good catch!

Great catch David.. I saw the Alstom rainbow motor on the LCAR a couple of weeks ago but unable to shoot. Keep up the great work.
