| A westbound UP coal load--presumably out of Utah--with two SP ACs on the point, begins to move westward after waiting for permission from the dispatcher to proceed. The telltale for what the ambient temperature is this morning is the large frozen puddle of rain water right in front of us. In this part of Nevada, much of January is spent below freezing. |
