After successfully coupling the train, obtaining three-step protection, and with the blue flag protection down, private car owner Borden Black steps out on her platform to give a 'two thumbs up' approval of the Amtrak engineer's coupling into the 30-car New River Train during a runaround move in Hinton, W.Va.
