Mattes Street Nights- In what could very easily pass for a DL&W publicity photo, an A-B-A set of EMD F3's poses alongside the Mattes Street interlocking tower in downtown Scranton. This photo was part of a very successful night photo shoot at Steamtown National Historic Site in conjunction with the Lackawanna & Wyoming Valley Railway Historical Society.
