| "The Tide" rolls in! Hampton Roads Transit light rail vehicle 409 rolls downgrade and into the Harbor Park station on January 20th, 2015. Known popularly as "The Tide," this light rail line extends 7.4 miles from the Eastern Virginia Medical Center complex east through downtown Norfolk to Newtown Road at the border of Virginia Beach. |
