Remarks & Notes

An empty ethanol train bound for Waterloo, IA, for interchange with the Iowa Northern, kicks up snow as they pass thru Manchester at track speed. This empty came off the CSXT in Chicago, IL, with run thru Canadian Pacific power in the form of 2 IC&E SD40's. CSXT has been running alot of CP power thru to the CN in Iowa on the ethanol train empties.
