Nestled deep in the Trough of the South Branch of the Potomac River, home to highest population of Bald Eagles in the State of West Virginia, Potomac Eagle operated, F7(A) No. 8016 idles in the narrow valley south of Romney in a scene exclusively illuminated by a full moon.
