CSX Santa Train making his stop in Ft. Blackmore to throw the presents to the kids there. The train makes stops in each town to throw presents from the rear platform of the train. The train operates 110 miles between Pikeville, KY and Kingsport, TN. The train is sponsored by Food City, CSX, and Kingsport Area Chamber of Commerce.
