Remarks & Notes
Idled since Hurricane/Tropical Storm Irene knocked out the Washington County Railroad's bridge over the White River in White River Jct., VT, the Vermont Rail System's White River Flyer is dwarfed by newly-arrived $6M AmQuip 400,000-lb capacity crante that will help repair the damaged bridge. A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
