Fishers on Fisheating Creek greet the Sugar Express, today running roundtrip from Lake Placid to Clewiston & back.
I'm sitting here remembering how this steam operation went from a hope and a dream, a whisper on the wind, to a full fledged, successful entity any railroad would be proud of. It's really amazing, very scenic....and you will be hard pressed to find a smoother ride.
