| Flagging Crossings.
The conductor of New York & Atlantic train RS-40 flags traffic to a stop on Morgan Ave as GATX GP38-2 no. 2204 creeps out across the sidewalk and into the street. Crossing gates and lights on the LIRR Bushwick Branch were removed from almost every crossing a few years prior, requiring the crew to flag the crossings on their weekly trip down the branch. |
