| With the well worn GP38 BPRR 2002 leading the way, the Buffalo & Pittsburgh's WAER rolls along jointed rail as it heads south through the swamps of PA State Game Lands Number 109 as it comes into Waterford, Pennsylvania. In tow are empty hoppers from the Erie Transload and tanks picked up from the CSX interchange at OD Yard. |
