Remarks & Notes
Tagged. New York City Transit Authority (NYCTA) R46 no. 5716 (Pullman-Standard, 1974-1978) is the lead motor on a 96th St-bound (Q) train seen arriving at Lexington Ave/63rd St Station. The train has been "tagged" with graffiti on the front of the car, which is a rare sight to see nowadays on an in-service train as the TA's policy is to remove tagged trains from service for immediate cleaning.
