| Geometry Car.
One of the New York City Subway's two track geometry cars (TGCs) is seen laid up in the shop at Coney Island Yard. These vehicles are equipped with numerous sensors and measuring devices to inspect the track, a task they complete 3 times per year for all revenue service tracks in the system! |
