The Non Tourist Train. Returning from the freight interchange on the evening of Friday, September 9, 2022, Railroad Museum of New England (RMNE), NAUG 686 (née-NW 686, GP9, 3/1959) and NAUG 859 (née-NW 859, GP9, 6/1959) bring 16 cars through the busy industrial area of Waterbury, Connecticut. Both units had operated on a passenger train during the day and transitioned to make run on the railroad’s regular freight service in the afternoon.
