The Chicago metropolitan area is known for having multiple fake springs, interrupted by freak winter weather. So to the surprise of nobody in the area, a freak blizzard swept across Chicago and Milwaukee, drenching the area in whiteout conditions. Here in Kenosha, the snow was alive and well as UPs Butler to NS interchange train crawls south with two of NS’s Heritage locomotives (8101 & 8114) up front.
