| The railroad is a 24 hour operation, as shown here as the blue hour sets in at sunset. Meanwhile Mechanical stays busy working on locomotives at the big KCS facility in Shreveport. Rumor has it the KCS has gotten a bunch of ex-BNSF Dash9's to pay back horsepower hours owed to other railroads. On the right a newly acquired ex-BNSF Dash 9 gets the attention it needs to be put back in service while other KCS motors get the normal service. Alot of these BNSF units showed up down here the 1st week of May 2021. |
