| A 86 car loaded grain train drops downgrade into De Queen. The train has been slowly poking along thru the Wicks-Gillham area. The KCS Shreveport Sub has a 13 mile 30 mph permanent slow order thru some rugged mountain territory between Vandervoort and De Queen. Once out of this area it is an easier run and trains will pickup speed as they slam thru De Queen. Nice set of ugly power was the treat for us on this one! |
