ACWR has nicely decorated their display train for Christmas outside the company's new shop and headquarters in Candor, NC. 896 has a long history on this line, beginning service with the Aberdeen & Briar Patch Railroad, which was acquired by the ACWR in 1987.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
