Vermont Rail System is hosting two private rail car groups this fall, the first being a RailExeco Charter that is touring the Green Mountain Bellows Falls Subdivision, as well as the VTR Northern Subdivision. The trip consists of 4 cars and is led by VTR GP40-2 307, as seen here atop the famous hanging bridge of Rutland RR fame near the namesake Vermont town. Foliage is just beginning to brighten up along the Mill River on September 24, as a deluge rain moved out of the area.
