Light on the L&HR. One of the classic shots made possible by an early departure of New York, Susquehanna, & Western Railway's SU99 was passing through the famous Roe's Orchard in Chester, New York on the afternoon of Sunday, September 6, 2020 with NYS 3012 (SD33ECO, Operation Lifesaver) leading. This section of the former Lehigh & Hudson River Railway sees tri-weekly through NYS&W service along with local operation from the Middletown & New Jersey Railroad.
From a hint of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ "attitude", to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" with Yellow & Black colors! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
