Remarks & Notes 
PRR 1223 and 7002 are being serviced after a Lancaster Chapter NRHS excursion to Philadelphia. The D16sb American and E7s Atlantic were designed by the PRR's Axel S. Vogt and Theodore N. Ely, respectively. The 1223 is dirtier, as it was the 2nd engine in the doubleheader, because only the 7002 was equipped with cab signals.
