| On the first day of 2020, the Western Pacific heritage unit guides the Global 2 to Oakland Z train passed the Colfax Amtrak Station. The station was built in 1905 by the Southern Pacific Railroad. Today, Amtrak's California Zephyr makes a daily stop in this small town (population approximately 2,000). |
