| Sometimes the shadow can be your friend. I like how the ground guy's shadow it prefect in on the ground and how the motorman is working on flipping the trolley pole for direction change in this shot. The Iowa Traction is a neat little outfit that works between Mason City and Clear Lake in northern Iowa. The railroad was was purchased in fall 2012 by Progressive Rail, who still continues the long tradition of using trolleys to move freight. This crew is going to grab 3 cars next and head to Emery. |
