| Emery is where the Iowa Traction is based with a yard and a few customers. Alot of operations happen more in Mason City around the AGP plant, so I was happy to get some rare mileage for me. The IATR does alot of push-pull operations to get around cars on their railroad. The cars/trolley on the left was the inbound train, and now they use the #51 to spot the cars. Guy in a vehicle moves around with the crews as they need different trolleys to spot and pull customers and interchanges. Here they shove cars for spotting at this gas customer at Emery. |
