Norfolk Southern SD45-2 1700 has just returned to service in New Jersey/New York on train BY-1 after receiving positive train control and locomotive speed limiter. Pictured is BY-1 splitting the overflow trash cars at Merideth Ave in Staten Island on the Travis Branch.
