I was later grateful that I chased this freight from Pittsfield to the State Line Tunnels as it was the last time I would catch a group set of the rare C32-8s leading a Boston Line freight and by next year all 10 were painted in the ugly gray "Ballast Express" scheme and reassigned to largely work train service.
