Remarks & Notes

A restoration project that has been very far under the radar is the former IRT 'Mineola' 3352. The private car of August Belmont and the only know private subway car in the United States, it sat without progress for many years until recent months when volunteers began to aggressively make her interior presentable. The intricate woodwork and glass are a unique treasure.
