Remarks & Notes
New L&C power passes the Wagon Wheel: For those that know this portion of the Lancaster and Chester line, this location is a bit of an iconic spot. Fort Lawn is hardly a blip on a map, but it does have 1 well known restaurant (both to locals and visits alike), The Wagon Wheel. Given the dreary morning weather, I was able to take advantage of a shot only available on an overcast day. The sun is typically on the opposite side of the tracks or even fully backlit when the train passes on its return to Lancaster. But thanks to the clouds, I was able to stand on the overpass and shoot the train as it runs parallel to Lancaster Highway, the main drag in the small Town of Fort Lawn.
