I am in the cab of Milwaukee Road SD40-2 MILW 187, looking out at the various power in the diesel service area at the UP North Platte yard. It was quite an experience for my wife and I to get a VIP tour of the diesel service shops and yard, and we saw all sorts of motive power as well as pool power from many different railroads.
