Commerce crossing the Connecticut. Connecticut Southern Railroad’s CSO-4 was in great light as it crossed the Connecticut River on the afternoon of Friday, November 23, 2018. The mixed power of NECR (2048, GP38-2) and P&W (2215, B23-7R) origin has become common in the G&W era.
