| Light power for potentially one of the last oilcans hangs out in SLO after being brought up from Guadalupe. The "oilcans" have been running the Coastline from San Ardo to Dolores with the distinctive sets of connected tank cars. The last run was suppose to be last week up due to issues with trucking the crude, another run has been called. |
