| Edmonton-Vancouver train X417 flies down the main at Hinton with CN C44-9W 2526, IC SD70 1019 leading. Behind the power are two "new" units for Cando Contracting's operation in Hinton. Somebody missed the memo about setting out the units here. They made it all the way to Vancouver and then all the way back to Edmonton, before finally arriving back at Hinton a week or two later! CCGX SD40-2 5305 (ex CP 5847) and CCGX SD38AC 5202 (ex DMIR 200) are the new units. |
