| The inbound California Zephyr engineer from Lincoln gets off the train at Ottumwa while the outbound waits. The train swaps engineers only here at Ottumwa in south central Iowa. This train will take off for the next station stop at Mount Pleasant. The new engineer will manage the train into Union Station at Chicago, 279 miles ahead, and 5 hours and 41 minutes running time. |
