The St. Charles streetcar line of the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority is a wonderful historical flashback thanks to classic cars built in the 1920s. Ninety-four-year-old NORTA car 926 carries its age well as it clatters outbound on St. Charles near Napoleon Ave. amid the greenery of the New Orleans Garden District.
