| The DM&E boys took over the IMRL in June 2002. 60 FURX SD40-2's were brought onto the property til the purchase of GE Rail supplied 6400's. The units were from San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and 55 were delivered between April 2003 and December 2003. Here a pair of FURX's rolls an extra local west towards Sanborn with 25 KCS empties to spot. This is the far west end of the Mason City Sub in western Iowa. Not alot goes on out here back then or now. |
