Conductor Nate Bugbee and Engineer Neal Mann discuss their plan of attack on the Specialty Minerals plant in Canaan. The NX11 job is used almost exclusively for doing the "Spem" job, as they have to shuffle cars in and out a couple times a day. This is by far the largest customer on the Housatonic some days pushing up to 20 loaded cars out. Some of NX11's other normal chores include switching out Becton-Dickenson in Canaan, Century Aggregates in Falls Village, and two Sheffield Plastic locations in Canaan and Sheffield, Ma.
