"CAT Cabcar"

For the first time in 5 years, a NJT F40PH-2CAT was used in revenue service due to an extreme shortage of equipment thanks to PTC installations. NJTR #4119 was pulled from work service to be used as a cab car seen here on MOBO train #1074
