Remarks & Notes
0-4-2 T cogwheel steamlocomotive HG 2/3 # 6 "Weisshorn" of the Dampfbahn Furka Bergstrecke (DFB) is pulling train 158 from Gletsch to Realp over the Steinstafel viaduct between Furka and Tiefenbach stations. This locomotive has to run down the mountain "backwards", the chimney uphill, because of the boiler construction. The locomotive was built in 1902 for the Visp-Zermatt-Bahn (VZ), where she always ran chimney towards Zermatt. The cars are blue combined first/second/baggage ABD # 4558 with 44 seats and red second class B # 4222 with 56 seats.
