| In the early 1980’s Energy Terminal Incorporated started operating a coal pier in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia. Its two active locomotives were an ex SLSF GP7 and an ex-NYC GP9. Another SLSF GP7, number 584, was a parts source for the other two units, and is seen here on ETI property. |
