| I can't imagine what the countryside looked like west of here if the engines looked like this!!!! Due to crew's rest we waited for over 3 hours for an outbound Amtrak crew to continue our trip west on the Empire Builder at Minot. Since we had nothing but time I walked around with my 2 kids and got a few BNSF trains. Much to my surprise to see these eastbounds coming in completely covered in frost. The cars were all white instead of the brown worm color. It was pretty neat! |
