In a cold - frozen day of November 2017, really beautiful view of Pittsburgh downtown and city, the city of bridges, from the Duquesne Incline, as a CSX train heads west along the nascent and great Ohio river, formed by the confluence of the Allegheny and Monongahela rivers at Point State Park. The Incline continues to go up and down, to shuttle tourists and locals up to Grandview.
