An assortment of Union Pacific and HLCX-painted lease locomotives sit in storage at UP's Grand Junction yard in far eastern Colorado. The stored units consist primarily of GP15-1s, GP38-2s, a few slugs, and other four-axle EMD power.
Crazy pool power consists, colorful gatherings of locomotives at a diesel service area, or a mixture of colorful locomotives in storage lines. A minimum of four different paint schemes required.
