Remarks & Notes
GMD-built No. 199 is seen here in early-90s Keystone Service, crossing the old PRR arch bridge east of Lancaster. This unit was built in the mid-60s for Toronto's GO Transit, sold to Amtrak in 1988, and was rebuilt by Altoona in 2004 as a GP38H-3, renumbered to "AMTK 507."
