| About as fresh as it gets... Shenandoah Valley Railroad EMD GP9 No. 5940 leads revenue freight cars toward the Buckingham Branch interchange at Staunton. The original C&O GP9 has almost been restored to its original blue-and-gold minus a few exceptions. The locomotive will operate on SVRR's main between Staunton and Harrisonburg serving local customers in the Shenandoah Valley. |
