| Penn Central GP40 3114 leads a caboose hop under the Rock Island overpass at Blue Island, IL on Chicago's south side. The hop is likely headed to one of several major yards connecting with western carriers on Chicago's southwest to northwest sides of town. PC and Milwaukee Road were major owners of the IHB belt line. |
